i have this pair of mizunos that i use for casual wearing, like when im going to the movies or just out in general. They arent my running shoes as i have another pair that are a bigger size for them. My question is whether or not i can even wear them. See i know with running shoes you want them bigger so your foot can expand but these are a size smaller. My toes dont feel cramped andhave room to wiggle, just there isnt a huge amount of space there. I'd say about 2 cms. Also when i stand the sides kinda overlap the sole, not by much, just a little. They dont hurt when i have them on, just i am aware of it. Should i just scrap the casual ones i use and just wear the bigger size all the time? Just seems kinda big i guess. Also i havent even really broken the smaller pair in at all yet, if that matters.

Reply:Running shoes should be about thumb size bigger from your bigger feet. As our feet lenght is not always the same size. Buying a running shoe, you should look at your foot structured to check what is the best shoe suitable for your needs. For best shoe advise, call Saucony Shoe technical consultants at 67488890.
Reply:Shoes all come down to your personal preference. Running is also very mental. if the shoe is bothering you when you run then switch or get a new pair. i would not however wear a shoe all day and run in it, as this will ware the tread on the bottom quickly, and make the shoe less supportive quickly.
As for the smaller shoes if their tight but new they will become less tight. Lets say their a month old keep them as the padding on the walls of the shoe will loosen.
