I am starting a new job where I need to dress business casual. Meaning no jeans. This will be hard because I wear jeans now and funky tops to work. I will be on my feet a-lot and it seems that the people at this job where simple things like cotton dressy tees or button up shirts. I simply hate khaki pants, capris are ok. I am not sure what I should wear for shirts. You need to be comfortable because you are moving about all day, so my flowy funky tops are a thing of the past. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Also for shoes, I got a pair of black flats that I think will work. If I need to stay neutral I am fine with black, white, red, khaki, navy. no pastel.
Business casual clothes for somone who like to be different?
http://www.expressfashion.com/index.jsp has lots of business casual type clothes.
Reply:Try a store like J. Crew, Banana Republic or even the Gap. You can still wear funky tops as long as they aren't too colorful or revealing.
Reply:Bebe and Banana Republic to me have the best clothes for work.

Reply:i think the formal knee length skirts should be perfect as they will be a different thing for u to try and are comfortable.Pair them with a full sleeves bright white shirt and a coat if its not to hot.
