Oh-em-gee [shoes!!]?

I'm a very picky person about shoes. However, I've seen a few shoes [at Delia's] with a hidden heel. I can't seem to find them anywhere though. I also like Sperry's [I have a pair], moccasins, %26amp;%26amp; shoes with a small wedge.
