Capri Pants--business casual appropriate or no?

I'm beginning my first real office job and I am so lost as to what is appropriate business casual attire and what isnt! Any help would be great! Ooh! And what about tennis shoes?? (cute ones, not like raggety old ones or anything..haha)

Reply:I wouldn't wear tennis shoes for business casual. It's a tough call, it depends on how casual or formal your work environment normally is.
Reply:i'd say they are ok as long as they are not too casual, like jean or cargo ones. but the plaid ones are nice and id say they are business appropriate...of course it depends on what u do. as for the tennis shoes...id say no.

Reply:Capri's are fine as long as you have the right shoes with them. You have to dress them up, not down. No tennies (cute or old), jeans or t-shirts.
