Are capri/cropped pants business casual?

Hey all,





I'm starting an internship at a large non-for-profit, and while the dress code is business casual and outlines specifics on tops (no shoulders showing, no midriffs, etc.), it doesn't state much on nice bermuda or capri pants.





So, are like good quality (J.Crew) bermuda chino (at the knee) and cropped pants (mid-shin) acceptable for business casual, if I wear closed toed shoes with -- especially in the more humid, spring months? I just cannot imagine wearing slacks when the temp gets above 80.

you can wear cropped ankle lenght dress pants, but not bermuda shorts.

Longsleeved top. ( roll the sleeves up )


Fitted button down shirt in whites


a polo shirt with collar





if you would wear plain white tops you could accesorize them with gold long nnecklaces for a sophisticated look





Wear flats that has gems design or flats in silver or gold colors. You could also wear pumps with little heels.
