Polo shirts for womens dress pants? Business casual?

Long story short. Im getting hired on permanently at work and my dress code will change. Its in a warehouse, ill be moving around alot, but im in the office area. Would it look right to wear a polo shirt with dress pants and dress shoes? Im trying to keep things simple. Its business casual i think. They were very vague on what i could wear. Just said "slacks", no shirts with writing, and didnt mention shoes.

Sounds ok to me. Polo shirt in warehouse environment would be normal, even if you're in the office area.
Reply:yes sounds good, maybe layer a shirt underneath that complements or is lacy

close toe shoes for sure
Reply:i guess if they don't say not
Reply:That sounds alright to me, I don't get why there's no shirt with writing rules. But I would recommend polos from American Eagle, Hollister, or Abercrombie %26amp; Fitch, they are the best quality and only display a small logo in the corner of the shirt.
Reply:Yes.This sounds like an appropriate outfit.
Reply:warehouse - rubber soled shoes. (loafers usually qualify)

polo shirt sounds fine. Dress pants - fine. Khakis would be excellent (loafers work with them, too) If you overstep the line they'll let you know. Just don't go too expensive. You may be called upon to help out and you want to be able to.
Reply:I was looking at macys.com and they dont have polos matched with slacks at all. I dont think it would like right. If you are wearing slacks you need a slightly dressier shirt like a button up...http://www1.macys.com/catalog/index.ognc...
