How do you match socks to your shoes and trousers?

Should you match the shoes, trousers or belt, or in fact contrast? As its for smart casual at a business meeting, coordination is important.

How do you match socks to your shoes and trousers?
Wear matching or cordinating shoes and trousers. Don't ever mix black and brown. As for socks, wear the same color/ as close as you can get, to your shoes. Your belt should be the same color as your pants. Your socks belt don't have to match, but neither should be bold. The easiest way to do it, if you're worried it won't look alright, is to go all one color, such as black everything. Good luck
Reply:You should always match your socks to your pants.

i.e. If you are wearing a grey suit then you need to wear grey socks.

i.e. If you are wearing a black suit you need to be wearin black socks.

You should definitely match them. Contrasting all those would look a little wierd.

You just need two pairs of shoe; black and brown. Then you can match any outfit/suit that you have. As long as you have the different colored socks. It would be fine if you were planning on wearing navy slacks with a black belt and black shoe or any other color for that matter, except brown. Brown and black should never be put together in a outfit.

To make any shirt with slacks/suit look a little "younger" you can always have a contrasting shirt. i.e. black with purple,

It would loook nice
Reply:Match your belt to your shoes,

Your pants should have slight contrast to your shirt

ALWAYS black socks

and a solid jacket if you need one.
