What goes best with a casual blue skirt? (Top and feet)?

What goes best with a baby blue skirt that's casual, short-ish (above knees), and cotton? It's a summer skirt.





What top should I wear? I'm thinking of a t-shirt or tank top... which one? And what colour? Would a cardigan be a nice touch? Please advise.





Feet... Bare feet, sandals, flip-flops, or shoes? I'm leaning towards bare feet or white strappy sandals with heels. Yes, I know bare feet and high heeled sandals are very different... but I think both somehow fit the skirt. Which would you choose?





And should I paint my toenails? What colour?





If it matters, I'm 16, Asian (Chinese), have long black hair. I guess I'm both short and thin by American standards... so I'd probably look like a little girl to you and wouldn't want to go for too "mature" of a look =p

Anything white, cream, baby pink or light brown would go great with blue. I recommend:


-A basic, white, lacey singlet.


-The white sandals you mentioned.


-You could add a short sleved bolero, in a knit fabric maybe? Brown would be good with white or cream, Teal or green with brown or white.


-Your toenails could be baby pink, or a shimmering white.

Reply:You could wear like a short sleaved polo. WHITE or even black always matches... and its easy to find black or white flip-flops. That way, it all pulls together. You could paint you nails blue and wear blue jewlery... it would look very cute i think.
Reply:I would wear a simple tank top with a nice necklace, a cardigan is good to wear over the tank top if you want to change your look. For feet I like the idea of the sandals with heels since your skirt is above the knee, heels make your legs look longer and sexy. A simple french manicure on your toes is very natural and pretty. it will go with any outfit. enjoy your photo session! hope this helps a bit...

well idk where your going so idk what type of shoes, but imma guess to wear some cute sandals..... yeah with a slight heel. that would be cute. try to get a french manicure. that would look best but if not then just lotion up your feet and leave them normal.. i think what i picked is cute.... good luck!
